It's World Fitness Day!!
Let's celebrate the fact that we are able to get up each day and move our bodies. The body never ceases to amaze me and all the things it can do and I love challenging myself and others to see it's full potential.
Maybe today will be like any other day for you as fitness and nutrition is already a part of your daily life, but maybe today is a new beginning. Either way lets get moving.
Here is your challenge. Complete all of the below, post on Facebook or Instagram and tag Inspiration Training after the completion of each part. Everyone who completes the challenge will have their name entered into a draw to win a $150 Zyia gift card. Great chance to get some new workout gear!
Morning Yoga - 10 minutes
Walk or run 5km
Exercises: three rounds of all exercises. Do all exercises one time then repeat.
Alternating push up - 10 total
Back foot elevated split squat - 10/side
Tricep up downs - 5/side
Prone Slider pull ups - 10x
Slow scissor jumps - 10/side
