Fit is not a destination.  It's a way of life.

Stop looking for the quick fix, the best diet or fad workout to get you in shape for a certain event.  It takes hard work everyday, but it will be the most rewarding job you ever have.
​You only have one body in this lifetime.  Treat it well.  Make time for yourself everyday.
