Tricia is a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach with over 25 years of experience helping people get stronger, move better and stay active for life.

She holds a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Tricia's passion, education, and decades of hands-on experience are what set her apart.  She's committed to empowering people of all ages to lift weights, move with confidence, and stay mobile - so they can do what they love.

Whether you're training for sport, coming back from an injury, or just want to feel strong and capable, Tricia provides expert coaching rooted in movement quality, strength and long term health.

Yes, Tricia is tough, yes, she has a great sense of humor and NO, she won't let you get away with anything.
