9 Years and Counting

Today I want to take the time to give a huge shout out to Richard, a client who has been training with me for nine years!!

Richard has come such a long way since beginning his health and fitness journey.  He has gone from zero activity to working out with me three times a week, running and rowing on his own, racing the Blitz Duathlon two days in a row, which is crazy in itself, but he managed to improve by over a minute on day two!!

He is always open to new ideas, challenges and will pretty much try anything I tell him to.  A quiet guy who shows up, puts in everything he has, and never complains.  

Richard I look forward to more years of training to come and watching you crush your goals.

Shout out to Ryan Armstrong for a great race today coming in third in his age category and 9th overall at the five peaks trail race.
Fridays workout did not slow him down on this challenging course.
