Some people do not like the texture of cottage cheese, but it is a great source of protein, and when you blend it the texture goes away.

Add the oats
Simmer for 7-10 minutes
Combine 1/4 cup of water with protein in separate bowl and mix until dissolved
Pour protein into oatmeal and top with sliced banana
Add a little sugar free coconut on top!
