​Join one of our groups or create your own small group with friends and family.  Groups are kept small to provide high quality instruction and ensure individual needs are being met, but large enough to get the benefits of the group atmosphere motivating you to push a little harder and hold you accountable.  You will benefit by training with like minded, hard working, and goal oriented individuals, inspiring you to challenge yourself and reach your goals.  AND.... its fun!

I have been group strength training with Tricia out of Inspirational Training & find it has really helped me to feel stronger with running, cycling, hiking & whatever comes my way in daily life. I feel that strength training really helps to keep me active in my sixties. Tricia is a great coach & modifies exercises to my abilities if necessary. I would recommend Tricia at Inspirational Training if your looking to get stronger & maintain the physical activities you love to do.

Strength Training 
Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.  A 60 minutes class that focuses on making you stronger. 
Class times:
  • Monday 6am &  8am
  • Tuesday: 6am, 9am
  • Wednesday:  8am, 
  • Thursday: 6am &  9:00am​
This class uses everything from dumbbells, Olympic bars, kettlebells, sleds, medicine balls, stability balls, TRX and more.    ​

Resistance Training meets H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
Come together in an immersive, sweat drenching, strength and confidence building experience for all fitness and skill levels.   A 60 Minute High Intensity  Workout with a mixture of long and short intervals designed to keep you breathless challenging your endurance and strength.  
Start the weekend off right. 
​Class runs Monday mornings at 6am.

I have been doing group training program for 6 years now and have improved my overall strength (especially upper body and core); took 12 minutes off my previous personal best marathon time (ran in May 2007) but more impressively 20 minutes off the last two previous marathon times. September 6, 2009: I did it! I reached my goal of qualifying for Boston. Training three times a week and completing my running program, I qualified for Boston in Sacramento with a time of 4:05.38.
I also went from finishing at level 6 on the beep test to a 9!  - Sue A
