Finally back to a normal week after a trip to Costa Rica and a week off for spring break flying solo with the kids. This is a quick and easy morning breakfast smoothie. My kids do not like plain oatmeal so this is a great way to sneak the oats in!
Ingredients1/2 cup dry steel-cut oats 1 cup frozen berries 1/2 cup ice cubes Ground cinnamon, to taste I like to add a little spinach in on some mornings as well! Directions
