I say to my clients over and over that mobility and recovery work needs to be done daily. This can be 30 minutes of work or it can be 3 minutes depending on your day.
It is hard to help clients increase range of motion, rehab injuries, and recovery from lifts when you only see them two maybe three times a week for an hour at a time. So much of this work is put on the client to do on his or her own time.
In order to make it easier and to encourage my clients to do these things, I have started Mobility Monday's and Weekend Recovery video's. I keep the video's short to fit busy schedules but it still requires you to take the initiative to do them.
