Complex 1:  
  • Front foot elevated split squat x 10
  • Push up with renegade row and press x 5/side
  • V-sit with 1 sided lateral raise x 10/side
Complex 2:
  • Slider back lunge x 10/12/14
  • Kneeling slams x 20
  • Rear Delt pulls x 10/side
