Isolation Challenge April 3

It is the final day of the Isolation Challenge!! Thank you to those who have been posting.  I have enjoy seeing everyone doing the workouts and staying active.   I will announce the winner of the FREE month of training over the weekend.

Your final workout is as follows:  

1. Pull ups x 10  - push ups x 10 - repeat 4 rounds - Video
2. 200 skips
3. Side step up x 10/leg - 2 Chair protraction/retraction x 10 - 4 rounds - Video
4. 200 skips
5. Standing Rainbows x 10 - Eccentric Hamstrings x 5 - 4 rounds - video
