Isolation Challenge April 2

Working on slower movements today.  Remember to hold positions, breath and move slow through all the exercises.  Go through the exercises once, then repeat for a second round.  Video Link
  1. Row, rotate and press x 6
  2. Split squat - 6 second lower, 6 second hold, hinge hold for 6, raise for 6: alternate sides and repeat 4x per leg
  3. Hollow hold with alternating press over the chest and over the head - 10x for each press
  4. Seated leg raises x 20 - 5 second holds in three spots - repeat once on each leg
  5. Standing supination/pronation - 20x
  6. Adductor Hold - 20x/leg
  7. Tricep hold with slider - 8/side (can do this one on the knees)
