Complex 2 - 3 rounds

• Elastic flies - 10 to 20 of them depending on thickness of the band
• 1 arm row - 8/side
• Hollow leg drop with elastic hold - 10/leg

Complex 3 

• Alternating Snatch - 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10
• Box jumps - 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20
