I found this Granola mix at Costco. It is gluten free with puffed quinoa, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds. There is a recipe on the back for granola bars but of course consists of a lot of butter and sugar. I took a different granola bar recipe with no sugar and made my own concoction. Surprising they turned out delicious. My kids eat it like cereal with a little milk on top but I prefer it plain. It would also be very good on some greek yogurt.
How it's made: Mix 1/2 a cup of coconut oil with a cap full of vanilla, 1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1 tsp of xylitol, and 2 cups of the Granola Mix. Then grab a spoon and enjoy!
