It's time for another bonus challenge!!  

On top of your regular workouts do the following starting on Feb 19th:
  • Monday:  10 pushups - 500 skips - 10 Get ups or full sit up (Get up is a full sit up to standing position)
  • Tuesday: 15 pushups - 400 skips - 15 Get ups
  • Wednesday: 20 pushups - 300 skips - 20 Get ups
  • Thursday: 25 pushups - 200 skips - 25 Get ups
  • Friday: 30 pushups - 100 skips - 30 Get ups
  • Saturday:   All day's combined
    • 10 pushups - 500 skips - 10 Get ups or full sit up (Get up is a full sit up to standing position)
    • 15 pushups - 400 skips - 15 Get ups
    • 20 pushups - 300 skips - 20 Get ups
    • 25 pushups - 200 skips - 25 Get ups
    • 30 pushups - 100 skips - 30 Get ups
Try and do Saturday's workout as quickly as possible.  Little to no rest.  Record how long it takes you as we will try to beat this time later in the year.
