Some people do not like the texture of cottage cheese, but it is a great source of protein, and when you blend it the texture goes away.
- Low fat cottage cheese - 3/4 cup (substitute with lactose free yogurt for lactose free option)
- Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
- Strawberries (frozen) - 1/2 cup
- Sweeten with xylitol - 1/4 tsp
