Strength Training
Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. A 60 minutes class that focuses on all elements of fitness: muscular strength, muscular conditioning, mobility and balance! Groups are kept small to ensure individual needs are being met but large enough to get the benefits of the group atmosphere motivating you to push a little harder and hold you accountable. The class uses everything from dumbbells, Olympic bars, kettlebells, sleds, medicine balls, stability balls, TRX and more. H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Join one of our groups or create your own small group with friends and family. All groups are kept small to provide high quality instruction. You will benefit by training with like minded, hard working, and goal oriented individuals, inspiring you to challenge yourself and reach your goals. High Intensity Resistance Training
Come together in an immersive, sweat drenching, strength and confidence building experience for all fitness and skill levels. A 50 Minute High Intensity Resistance Training Workout with motivating music that will get you through each workout. We will use med balls, weights, kettlebells, sleds, plyo boxes and music to get you going at 5 am on Wednesday mornings and set you up for a great day! Conditioning
A 60 minute high intensity Conditioning class that will leave you out of breath and sweating. This class consists of a variety of conditioning methods with both short bursts of hard work and long intervals using a variety of exercises including skipping, running, sled pushes, biking, rowing, and core strength. If you are looking for a good fast past workout that will leave you breathless then come check this class out. |
One-on-One Training
