Success StoryI have been doing the FAST program for 3 years now and have improved my overall strength (especially upper body and core); took 12 minutes off my previous personal best marathon time (ran in May 2007) but more impressively 20 minutes off the last two previous marathon times. September 6, 2009: I did it! I reached my goal of qualifying for Boston. Training three times a week with the FAST program and completing my running program, I qualified for the Boston Marathon in Sacramento with a time of 4:05.38. - Sue A
