April Group Classes - free


​No excuses now!
What to expect
  • 1 hour long classes consisting of a proper dynamic warm  up and full body lift using free weights, body weight, Olympic bars, cables, etc. and of course conditioning.  Up to 1000 calories to be burned in the hour.
  • Classes can be as easy or as hard as YOU decide to make them
  • Come as many times during the month as you like
  • It is important to communicate with the instructor of any injuries or concerns before and during each workout
  • Pre registration is required

Class Times:
  • Monday to Friday at 6am 
  • Monday's at noon
  • Tuesday & Thursday evening at 6:30pm
