Strength & Conditioning
Join one of our groups or create your own small group with friends and family. All groups are kept small to provide high quality instruction. You will benefit by training with like minded, hard working, and goal oriented individuals, inspiring you to challenge yourself and reach your goals.
Group classes focus on improving mobility, injury prevention, and developing overall strength keeping you conditioned for those recreational activities and day to day life.

I have been doing the FAST program for 3 years now and have improved my overall strength (especially upper body and core); took 12 minutes off my previous personal best marathon time (ran in May 2007) but more impressively 20 minutes off the last two previous marathon times. September 6, 2009: I did it! I reached my goal of qualifying for Boston. Training three times a week with the FAST program and completing my running program, I qualified for Boston in Sacramento with a time of 4:05.38.
I also went from finishing at level 6 on the beep test to a 9!
