FAST: Fitness and Sport Training
Fitness and Sport Training (FAST) is a group class that will motivate you to train harder, pushing you to be at your best. FAST is the best way to achieve your fitness and sport goals. Groups are kept small to provide high quality instruction. You will benefit by training with like minded, hard working, and goal oriented individuals, inspiring you to challenge yourself and become a better athlete.
Each registered program consists of a periodized training plan that will progress in intensity weekly. Each session will include a proper warm up, movement skills, aerobic conditioning, and strength training. Drills and exercises are selected to teach your muscles to fire in sequence, to move with fluidity, and improve synchronization of muscle recruitment thereby allowing for more efficient and strong movements.
Sign up for one to three sessions per week. Choose the days and times that fit your schedule. Please note, once selected, there will not be an option to switch days or times. To get the best results it is recommended to have one rest day between training sessions.
