I have been doing the FAST program for 3 years now and have improved my overall strength (especially upper body and core); took 12 minutes off my previous personal best marathon time (ran in May 2007) but more impressively 20 minutes off the last two previous marathon times. September 6, 2009: I did it! I reached my goal of qualifying for Boston. Training three times a week with the FAST program and completing my running program, I qualified for the Boston Marathon in Sacramento with a time of 4:05.38. - Sue A
The FAST program helps you achieve your fitness and sport goals. Fitness and Sport Training is a group fitness class that will push you to be your best and motivate you to becoming better and training harder. Groups are kept small in order to provide high quality instruction but you will gain the benefits of training with like minded, hard working, and goal oriented athletes who will inspire you to try new things and become a better athlete.
