What is personal training?
Personal training consists of one-on-one coaching from a professional personal fitness trainer... the trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness plan that the trainer develops for you based on you and your goals.

Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it uses the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time it keeps you continuously making progress.

Do you train men and women?
Yes, I train both men and women, with workout programs customized to the unique needs of both sexes.

What if I don't have a gym membership or a gym in my home?
No gym or fitness equipment isrequired. I can train with you at your home with my fitness equipment or you can come to my facility.

What kind of results can I expect?
It depends primarily on how much desire and commitment you have towards achieving your goals and how hard you are willing to work. My personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your fitness and nutrition.

On average, most clients lose approximately one pound of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose 6-15 pounds in a six-week period.

How do I know which program is right for me?
It all depends. First, you need to know what your goals are... then look at the different programs I offer and see if you find one that's a good match.

If, after looking at the different programs, you still aren't sure, I can build a program that's right for you.

How often should I meet with you?
It will depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and available time to exercise, and your budget. Be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that is more important; without it you have nothing.

On average, most clients do best when they meet with me 2-3 times per week. With fewer than two sessions, I find most people will slack-off and achieve only minimal fitness results.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you'll need to meet with me:

1. How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
The more frequently you meet with me the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals. You'll work much harder with me than on your own since I provide consistency, accountability, motivation, and guidance.

2. How much experience with exercise do you have?
While many people have exercised before, many for years... do they really understand the complexities of human physiology? I have spent many years studying and learning to understand the human body and my primary focus is applying that expertise by helping and teaching you to meet your goals.

Most of my clients work with me three times per week to start out, and then will gradually decrease the frequency as they progress and learn more, and feel more comfortable and confident on their own.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, I offer flexible payment terms and accept cash, cheques, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and PayPal. All of our programs can be paid as one payment or split up into two payments.

What areas do you service?
Our fitness and weight loss programs are offered throughout Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
