Tuesday Kickass Cardio *new*

Is Cardio a drag? Looking for a class where you will burn up to 1000 calories in an hour?  If you need a little motivation to get your cardiovascular work done or if you are just looking for a great workout then this class is for you!  inspiration training will be offering kickass cardio class on Tuesday's each week.    The class  will consist of 45 minutes of all types of cardiovascular work  and 15 minutes of core stabilization.  Kickass cardio will challenge fitness levels of all sorts, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and tone your abdominal area.

Power Circuit

A full body workout that will challenge your strength, endurance, core, and stabilization.  No matter what level of fitness you are at this class will improve your overall wellness.

the weekend warrior

Need a great workout to kick start your weekend?  Come and drop into one of our Saturday sessions that will be sure to challenge you! 

The class consists of a full body workout with interval training.   By varying the muscle groups used in each exercise, minimal rest is required throughout the workout.  This  helps to keep the heart rate up during the session and enhances the number of calories you will burn.   The secret to success is not about the number of calories you burn during the workout  but how many you burn after exercise has stopped.  Interval training has proved to be the most successful method of conditioning that keeps the body burning greater amounts of calories post exercise.  

This class caters to a wide variety of fitness levels so whether you are the weekend athlete or just looking for general fitness you will be get a challenging and rewarding workout.    You will receive the benefits of having a personal trainer while enjoying the group atmosphere and at a much cheaper price!
