I am going to use this blog as a place to write about common questions and topics that come up with my clients. What I write is based on my experience and knowledge I have gained over the past 12 years, from my education in University, and my continued Education I do each year. If you have a topic you would like more information on, send me a note, and I will do my best to answer your questions.
This blog will also be where I share personal stories of my training and my clients. I have a diverse number of clients ranging from IronMan competators, marathon runners, the general population looking to stay fit, rehab clients, rock climbers, the weekend warriors etc. Each one has a unique story and I look forward to sharing their success.
